Please note that this fabric is a 40cm wide fabric unique to Japan.
Bring timeless Japanese tradition into your next project with this exquisite Mansuji fabric — also known as “Ten Thousand Streaks.” Woven from 100% cotton and dyed with authentic natural indigo, this textile features ultra-fine vertical stripes that almost appear solid from a distance but reveal subtle complexity up close.
This pattern is deeply rooted in Japanese history, crafted using Matsusaka cotton — a fabric once prized in the Edo period for its softness and durability. The sophisticated look of this fabric makes it perfect for both modern and traditional garments, accessories, or interior accents.
This fabric is already washed. It's natural indigo dye, migration may occur due to strong friction.
