BANSYO cutting fabrics often prompt questions from our customers about whether the fabric will be cut upon delivery.
For example, if you order 3 meters of BANSYO cutting fabrics, will it be delivered as a single 3-meter piece, or in three 1-meter pieces?
The answer is that BANSYO cutting fabrics are generally delivered as a continuous length.
Whether it is 1m or 20m, the fabric is not cut in the middle.
However, if requested, we can cut BANSYO cutting fabrics for delivery.
We can cut in any shape within the ordered quantity, such as 1m x 3, 2m x 1, or 1m x 1. Please contact us using the contact form immediately after placing your order.
*If we do not hear from you, we will assume no cutting is required and will deliver the BANSYO cutting fabrics as ordered.
The fabric is then folded and packed as shown in the photo below.
In case of lengths longer than 15m, we may pack the rolls as they are.
